A Benjamin Dillman was b 1814 in VA and married Elizabeth Cohea 18 Aug 1859 in Effingham Co., ILL. Does anyone have additional information on this Benjamin or his family? Could he be another son of Samuel D. Dillman? I believe that Benjamin was Elizabeth's second husband, the first one being John Caldwell. My records indicate that Elizabeth and John had issue named James, Mary Ann, John Richard, William J. and Ivy Caroline.
