Christena Dillman that married Volney Shaw was my ggg grandmother. They had 2 girls and then she married George Laughhunn. I am interested to know information on Volney, particularly if they were divorced since you mentioned he had 2 other wives. I believe he was in the Civil War and I have found his name in 1870 Census so I believe he survived the war but Christena married George prior to 1870. Any information is appreciated. I am related through the Laughhunn line. I have a large picture of the 2 girls along with their 2 Laughhunn half-sisters.
