Andrew Dillman: after the Rev

Thanks to those many cousins who were so helpful in sending me so many great things about Andrew!!! What a guy!!

I have discovered several descendants who have used him as their qualifying ancestor for DAR. To me, however, he is an ideal candidate for Daughters of 1812. He is in the right places at the right time. His service may be in several areas but must have occurred between 1784 and 1815 inclusive.
Service may include Oath of Allegiance or Loyalty test, state, town, county official; juror; memb of congress, state ass'y or legislature; delegate to constitution convention; state conv. delegate to ratify consitution;elector of one of 1st four pres; legislative, judicial or exectuive officer of the gov't including appointed office., military or naval service, local or state milition as well as several other military wars or insurrections.

If you know of anything that Andrew may have done that could possibly be under the above headings, I would really love to hear about it!
