Moneta Davis Dillingham from Kemp, OK was my great grandmother

Moneta Davis Dillingham is listed in my baby book as my great-grandmother, mother of Goldie Dillingham Porter, my paternal grandmother. Goldie's sister, Faye, lives in Kemp, OK, presently, so this just has to be the same Moneta. I know my grandmother, Goldie, was from the Kemp area in OK and I was raised nearby in TX. I know nothing about 'Moneta' and have never heard her name mentioned, so I'll have to ask some questions. It's actually possible that I knew her only by a pet name and not her formal name. What I find most curious, is that she died in 1985 when I would have been 10 yrs. old- old enough to know her, so why don't I? Strange- I will ask around.

I just popped in to this website after seeing an ad, and saw that name right away- a unique one in my baby book, so it stood out. How funny!
