Yes, that is my father-in-law. I just spoke with my ex-husband and confirmed that John Oscar Dillingham was born on October 4th and I knew that he passed away just before his birthday of 1982. I understand he has 2 sisters. One of them is named Priscilla. I had attempted to contact one of them a few years ago, but received no reply. I will try to get a copy of his birth papers and death certificate this weekend when we visit my mother-in-law. I'll let you know when I find anything.
