Sam

As joint co-ordinator of Dillingham Project 2000 along with Ed Dillingham and Larry Lieneke, we are trying to link everyone who has an interest in researching the surname.

The databases and family trees we have compiled cover about 12,000 Dillinghams from both sides of the Atlantic. I have been researching for about 10 years here in the UK. My wife Vicky and I visited Sandwich, Cape Cod, Waterbury VT etc. last year.

Margaret Haile is a close and dear friend and we have attended 2 reunions in Asheville NC.

The NE branch is proving to be particularly interesting as we try to resolve some of the long-standing relationships between individual members of the family. We have just been successful in re-uniting 2 half-brothers who last made contact with each other 30 years ago.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Regards
Dave
