There must be someone whos relatives remember their kin being married to a Toney years ago. My g-grandfather James I. Dilley was b in Nicholas co. WV. in 1867-68. That is all I have on him. His children were Elvra, George, Earl and Ara Dilley who were all born in Fayette co. He was m to Elizabeth Toney. after his death in 1903, Elizabeth married a Carter and after his death, m a Burgess. There must be someone out there who remembers something about this man and his famly. I would appreciate any info from anyone right or wrong.
