Has anyone here ever ordered a death certificate that gives the names of the deceased parents as either William Frank Dillard and Judah Dillard OR William Frank Dillard and Sarah Elizabeth Dillard? They were born in Spartanburg County, SC and died in Clark County, Arkansas.
In all of my research on my Great Grandmother Louise Jane Dillard-Fitzgerald, I still don't have anything that actually says: Louise Jane Dillard-Fitzgerald, daughter of William Frank Dillard and his wife Judah Dillard.
This morning I ordered an Arkansas death certificate on Louise Jane Dillard-Fitzgerald and paid extra for 1-3 day service and delivery by FedEx. Has anyone every requested an expedited death certificate? I sure hope her parents' names are on the certificate.
I can prove her relationship with her parents in a round about way but the DAR wants some cut and dried documentation.
