There is an error in the above post re Benjamin Dillard of Plymouth. I stated that the Dillards-Thomas, Robert, Edmund, Benjamin and Ann- were mentioned in the will of their uncle, Philip Courtney of K and Q Co., VA. What the source actually says is that in the settlement of the estate of Thomas Hill, the heirs of Philip Courtney, deceased, of K and Q Co., ... , all appointed James Jones of K and Q Co. as their Atty.
