John Dill & Sophia Beckwith, NS to Ohio

I am looking for information of John Dill B.ca.1780 Nova Scotia, d. 8/20/1860 Gahanna, Ohio and his wife Sophia Beckwith b. 2/6/1782 Nova Scotia d. 3/22/1860 Gahanna. The had the following children:
David b. 5/1809 Nova Scotia m. Mary Turney
John b. 1811
Joseph b. 1813
Edward b. 4/16/1814 Nova Scotia m. Jane Cooper
Augustus b. 1815 Nova Scotia m. Elizabeth Turney
William b. 9/11/1817 Maryland m. Katherine Keeler
George b. 6/15/1822 Maryland m.Arintha Schrock
James b. 6/24/1828 Maryland

Sophia probablly came from the loyalist Beckwith family which was well established in Connecticut, some of whom went to Canada. Does anyone know anything about John's family in Nova Scotia?
