My parents are William E. Koons and Betty Jo Partington.... they are both in their mid 80's, and we moved from Sidney to Dayton in 1956, so I suspect you wouldn't know them...
My Partington grandparents ran the bait and tackle shop across the street from the Tannery and next door to the Sohio station.
I noticed that Elmer Dill lived on Jefferson st in Sidney.... turns out he was two houses away from my Dad's house.... Dad doesn't remember Elmer, but he did remember his son, Wilbur.
