Joseph, You are correct that this Elizabeth was a daughter of John and Elizabeth Wilson. I think you have the incorrect info on the father of Elizabeth. Michael was part of the Delaware Dills with no connection to our Dills.

I had a lot of information of the Delaware Dills. I donated much of family information and family history books to the genealogy library here. I had a long letter from a Mr. Gilbert who had researched the Delaware Dills and said there is no connection between the two families. If you have questions I will be happy to help all I can.
