Hi!
My father is Richard Thomas Dill, he served in the Navy in 1960 and married my mother in 1962. I know he was in San Diego and I believe in Japan for a while. He graduated from Union Star, MO. I am not sure if this is the same Richard you are looking for, I just thought I'd check to see. He had brownish red hair, wore glasses, worked in electronics I believe. He was born in South Dakota and moved to MO. to live with his sister. Hope to hear from you soon.
