Dr. Solomon Dill, age 31, his wife Mary Ann age 23 and child Octavius are listed in the 1850 census in Champaign County Illinois in South Homer. They are both listed as having been born in Indiana. We also have one Nancy M. Dill age 1 yr 1 month having died March 22, 1849.
We have a reference to a Dr. Isaac Dill also in the area six years earlier.
We are writing the history of Homer Illinois and would like to know more about Dill and his family. Thank you
