Has the three volumes as reprints, in paperback or hard bound. Also the World Family Tree Mid Atlantic CD #156 apparently reproduces the info from the books and that is included in some subscription web sites.They specialize in reprints of family history books like this. I suspect done under assumption copyright has lapsed to public domain.

Adding leather binding is something like $12 extra. Despite having one of the original pressing of 150 copies I plan to order some to share with family and spare the original while doing research. I have no affiliation to this company and suspect they are profiting somewhat unfairly on this, on the other hand I think it's great the material is accessible to later generations.
