from the marriage liscense: Know all men by these presents, that we, R.A. Paschal & J.C. Combs..........all of the County of Hardin, and State of Tennessee, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Tennessee in the sum of Twelve Hundred and Fifty Dollars, which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, and each and every one of us, and them, jointly and severally by these presents.
Witness our hands and seals this 24 day of June, 1876.
The condition of the above obligation is such, that whereas, the above named R.A. Paschal has this day prayed and obtained liscense to marry Miss Molly Dill
