Thanks. It is very obvious that he could not have been the son of the governor. My Thomas' parents were John and Lucy Diggs of Louisa Co. I believe they were formerly of Hanover Co. which may be the part of Hanover that became a part of Louisa when that county was formed. Thanks for keeping me straight in my remarks.
