Hi Norma, I have Thomas Diggs who married 9 June, 1775, Ann Kent in Albemarle Co. I also have a Thomas Digges who was born 8-17-1750 and died Aug. 15, 1818 He was the s/o Col. Edward Digges of Bellfield, as appears from a deed between Hon. Wm. Nelson of Yorktown, Esq. and Elizabeth, his wife, ack. in Gen Court 26 Apr. 1749, who was eldest son and heir of Cole Digges, Esq. He M. Anne harrison (on Aut. 9-1730) d/o the late Nathaniel Harrison of the Council )"Va/ Gazette_ She died Dec 16. 1885 n her 56th year
The other article that you mentioned did not have the name of the book at the top but it did have this: Virginia/475 Digges, Edward, 1655-1657. I hope this helps. I want to say hello again to James. Yes, I know where ever I go you will be there. I believe that I was the one who posted about the tombstone or wrote to you about it. I only post what I see and I don't see you posting any information...only critique....
