Just found more information in my files.....

Capt John Digges m. Elizabeth Harris

Children on John and Elizabeth:
Charlotte b. 11/18/1773 in Nelson Co.
Elizabeth m. Isaac Darnel in 1789
Dorothy m. Wiatt Woodroof in 1794
Nancy m. James Durrett
Lucy m. Dabney Carr
Kitty m. Edward Harris
John m. Lucinda Harris****

John and Lucinda are my direct line.

Capt John Digges was the son of William Digges and Dorothy Smythe (married 1721)

William b. 03/13/1691 d. 05/04/1770 was the son of John .

This is where I get stuck. I'm missing one generation before I pick back up again and eventually Govenor Edward Digges.
