I have Katherine Diggs/Edward Harris in my tree also.
My family is from Nelson Co. We still have family property there which belonged to my grandparents.
I have Capt John Digges married Elizabeth Harris (d/o William Harris and Mary Netherland).
Their 7th son was John Digges who married Lucinda Harris (d/o William Harris and Elizabeth Wagstaff).
Their children were William H. Digges and Nicy "Niel" Digges.
Nicy married John "AJ" Aistrop (s/o Lorenzo Aistrop and Sarah Woody).
Their only daughter, Bettie E. Aistrop, married John William Harris Jr. (s/o John Harris and Mary Crews).
These are my great-grandparents.
Do you have any these names?
Do you have any birth or death dates for John Digges?
Do you have any names of John's ancestors? I think he was the son of William Digges b. 03/13/1690 who married Dorothy Smythe.
