St. Christopher's 24 years ago but was soon after taken prisoner by the Spaniards to Cadiz where he remained for 6 years. Ten years ago Sir Thomas Warner, the governor of St. Christopher's, assigned him a plantation in Nevis, Captain Luke Stokes, has taken 280 acres of the plantation for John Jennings.
