Hello Cousin, I was never able to associate Md. Diffeys with mine who were in Randolph County,NC by 1750s. I do, however, have lots of info on your people. There is much stuff on this forum about Alexander Diffey and Mary Lowe. If you have questions I would be glad to give you my best guess work. Basically, I was trying to prove that the Old Alexander Diffey found first in 1790 Maryland census, maybe as Abrm, was related to my Wm. Diffey of 1790 North Carolina census. Thank God I am not from Maryland, the traffic was awful forty years ago. I am from Sharkey County, Mississippi. John Diffey
