Hello Darin, My thoughts are that we agree on very little.
I think that every census from 1810 through 1860 was of the same Alexander and Mary Low, and that Owen and Victor are their sons. The 1810 and 1820 census of Alexander and Mary,
show two sons, and they are Owen and Victor. John Diffey
