surely someone out there has connection to one of the following six dietz brothers born in "likely" bavaria and specifically eschenbach which is in mittelfranken and all born in 1828-1840: jacob 1828-1871?, georg peter 1830-1869, john m. 1834?-1869, francis a. called frank 1835-?, louis 1836-187?, and joseph a. 1840-?
parents were john g. and mary a. dietz. there names appear this way on marriage certificate in winchester, va. of georg peter dietz to cornelia jane shuler in 1856. mother, mary, is in georg's household for census of 1860 along with all the brothers listed except for john.
john, louis, and frank had a dietz bros. furniture business in baltimore in 1860s-70s.
believe frank is buried near brother jacob at loudoun park cem. in baltimore. georg buried in same but in paupers' area. georg left widow and 2 very young children.
anybody descended from one of these brothers. s
