I am the grandson of Jacob Dietz and wonder if anyone has information that might be helpful. Jacob Dietz was born in Brunnental, Russia 12/10/1882. In 1906 he married Julia Hildemann. She was born in Omada, Russia. They emigrated to the USA from Bremen, Germany on the vessel "Bresloef" in 1908 and the port of entry was Baltimore, Maryland. They lived in Odessa, WA for 4 years before moving to Oregon. They had 4 sons, Jacob Jr.,
Henry, George & Joseph; 3 daughters, Lindia, Esther & Dorothy. My grandfather Jacobs father was Georg(e). My grandmother Julia's mothers maiden name was Anna Geist. Any information or ideas would be most gratefully appreciated.
