I keep running into your posts. It is possible that we share a connection, due to recent discoveries about my Illinois Dietz line. Would your Mary have been Mary E. C. Dietz, the daughter of John Dietz and Caroline Brenner? They were in Shelby County for some years. Their son George A. Dietz remained with his wife Nancy Jane Criswell.
