I was excited to discover your extensive research on the Dietz' backwards to the 16th Century!
My family and I visited Berne in October, 1999, and took photos of several markers in Woodlawn Cemetary there. Two of them were Stanton L, and Isabel H. "Uncle Raymond" (Stanton's and my Grandmother's brother) Dietz visited us when we were living in San Diego, CA in the late '50s.
If anyone would like copies of the photos I have, please let me know. I also have some of the Johannes Dietz massacre site and marker.
Has anyone registered for DAR/SAR? We are trying to do so, and this appears to be our linkage to the validation of our status.
I have posted a descendant outline of Rev. John Edward Hoick/Grace Dietz, in your generation 11, FYI. I was given my middle name in honor of my Grandfather.
