Yost & Catherine Dietz\Diets 1700's

I have just received information that the daughter of Yost and Catherine Dietz or Diets, Gartruad, married John Lamb. Yost Dietz must have died about 1811 because John and Gartruad sold their share of his estate then. Gartruad and John Lamb had a son George born 1790 in Somerset Co, Pennsylvania. If Yost died in 1811, I am assuming he was born around the 1750's. If anyone has ever heard of this family, I would appreciate any help you may give me.
