I am searching for information for a distant relative my marriage who is searching for his Dietz ancestors. His GG-Grandfater was Lorenz Dietz married to Mary Weiland. They had a least one daughter, Catherine Dietz, born Aug. 12, 1871 in Belgium, WI. Died Dec. 9, 1941, in Eau Claire, WI. Married on Feb. 23, 1892 to Peter Lecher, son of Michael Lecher and Anna Thomas. They has a daughter, Barbara Ann Lecher, born Dec. 6, 1894. She married John George Polus on Aug. 11, 1914. They had a son James J. Polus, born June 12, 1926. If anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
