I am a descendant of Johann Gottlieb Dietz born in Hornberg, Germany. I don't know when he was born or who is wife was, but he had a son John George Dietz born Nov. 8, 1834 in Bavaria. John was married to Catherine Anna Zwanziger and I believe they lived in Iowa at the time of their marriage. Can anyone give me any more information about this Dietz line? Thanks.
