Botts, Donelson, Dietrich I saw this on EBay. Hopefully, someone from these families can find some treasures. I don’t have any connection with these families or with the EBay seller. I’m just another genealogist. Antique photo album w/over 500 photos! Early 1900 Item number 628492391 Seller: scrapaddictscrapbooks Ending time: June 6, 06 You are bidding on an antique photo album with just a little over 500 photos in it. The album itself is in horrible condition, it wasn't preserved very well. But you will get it all ... falling apart or not. The photos are in very good condition, and could be used for a variety of things ... crafts, ephmera, scrapbooking, just a collection or whatever you use these for. It's just the covers and the laces that are worn out. Lots of these photos are loose now in the album. You may find this album of particular interest if you are interested in photos from the families of Botts, Donelson, or Dietrich from the Illinois/Western Indiana area. Many of them are marked with those surnames. The photos in the album cover roughly a period from 1916 to 1925, give or take just 2 or 3 years. This was a farming family, with a wacky sense of humor to boot. You will get copies of relatives in WW1 uniforms, travel photos ... California bungalow, etc. ... animals, including a photo or two of what must have been a prizewinning bull ... haymaking photos ... humorous photos of young girls dressing up like boys and clowning for the camera ... babies ... houses ... church picnics ... recreation photos like wading in a creek ... you name it, it's probably in here. I am also including 5 CDVs that were tucked inside. Notify Administrator about this message?
