Hi Os,
I, too, am trying to find out about the children of Mary Jane Diehl and Edward Duff and Emma Earnest Diehl and Francis Thibault. My greatgrandmother Mary Thibault Duff (born March 1, 1849), may have been raised by the Duffs, but I can't prove that they weren't her real parents. I suspect that she's really Emma's daughter, but in either case, I'd be a Diehl.
Mary Jane and Edward Duff had a daughter Anna Elizabeth, who married Isaac Hough and 2 sons whose names I'd have to look up in my notes.
