I don't have anything on the Diehl family to help you BUT I do have a Mary Ann Jacoby b.12/20/1850 and some information on her background if she is the same one you mentioned here. I have her family back to 1710. I find it interesting that I have Daihl (that is how my family spelled it) in my family and Jacoby also. The Daihl family in my line is from the Franklin Co. area of Pennsylvania.
