My mother Ann Marie Diehl was born in Brooklyn in 1916. Her father (John Diehl) was born in Brooklyn,NY in a house on Catherine St. around 1888. He had four siblings (all girls). As I recall, two of their names were Lillian and Florence. John's father's name was Julius. I don't know where he was born but he was a barber by trade. Does anyone have any further information?
