I have an Anna Catherine Deihl who was born in 1835 and died in Shippensburg, PA in 1914 as Anna McCullough. Her death certificate only lists her birthplace as PA, but her parents are John Deihl and Jennie (Jane) Laughlin. Given the Shippensburg tie-in, could this be a sibling of your Jacob? Do you know of any of his siblings?
