Can I possibly get some information from you? I desperately need documentation - if you have things that can be copied I'd be happy to pay. Thanks to the internet I've finally gotten some Diehl information (after 25 years of this!) I believe Daniel was also an ancestor of mine through his son David who married Sarah Ritchey. Their son, William H. Diehl, was my great-grandfather, but I know little of him beyond his wife's name and that he died in Alabama, of all places. My father, their grandson, lived with them at that time and remembered it well, so it was well after 1906 as that's the year my father was born.
I would be happy to share what little I have if it would fill any gaps for you.
