Yes, Carl and Christina (Stabler) Diehl (various spellings) had 7 chrn per the book "PA BIRTHS YORK CO. 1730-1800". They were: JOHANN DIHL 20 Jan 1778, MARIA ELIZABETH DIEL 13 Nov 1782, : JOHN ADAM DIEL 26 Feb 1787, CARL DIEL 11 June 1779. JOHN DIEL 3 Sept 1791, MICHAEL DIEHL 21 Oct 1792, BARBARA DIEL 27 Mar 1796. Do not know about this CARL, JR and CHRISTINA DIEL but they had a dtr SUSANA DIEL 2 Feb 1785. Date wise this could have been the 1st child of the above family. All spellings help in research.
