Jacob Diehl born 1765 , died 1842: married in 1788 to Elizabeth Shipley, children John henry, born 11/19/1789, died 8/26/1874: (I have most of the decendents down to current date from this lineage. Other children of Jacob were Jacob Jr. born 1792;l Nancy born 1796; Rosannah born 1798; Elizabeth born 1799; Abraham born 1805
