I'm looking for a Robert Barton Dickson, born c. 1830. He appears on the 1880 census in Philadelphia as 50 years old, with a wife named Harriet Jane. I don't know her maiden name. Their daughter Harriet (b. 1854) married Thomas Anderton Wakeley in 1873.
I've been unable to find any info or ancestry for Robert Barton, and I'm hoping that someone here can help! His name was passed on to my great-grandfather, Robert Barton Wakeley, and to my father, Robert Barton Baldwin.
