DICKSON - Thomas A. Dickson, formerly of Lowell, died Tuesday afternoon of pneumonia at his room's in Chicago, aged 33 years. Mr. Dickson was born in Quebec, Canada, and came to this city with his parents when about 6 years old. He attended the Moody grammar school and entered the high school, but left before graduation to accept a position with the Lamson Consolidated Store Service company. He had worked with them ever since, having occupied important positions both in their Lowell and Boston offices. In March of this year he went to Chicago to take charge of the middle west department of the copany. Last Friday he was taken ill with pneumonia and died Tuesday afternoon. He was well liked by all the employes of the Lamson company, having a very kindly disposition and great capacity for making friends. He was also remarkably successful in his business career, as the position he occupied at the time of his death testifies. He was unmarried and leaves only his brother,!
Charles E. Dickson, who was with him in Chicago at the time of his death, arriving there just a few hours before, and one nephew, Harper Dickson. He will be buried in Quebec beside his parents.
