These area a few of the given names on my DICKINSON line. Descended from James R. born 2 Apr 1800 in NY and Deborah Mumford of the RI Mumfords. I am looking for information on the ancestors of James R. A common middle name seen through out 4 generations is Ransler/ Rancelar/Ransselaer. Not sure of the correct spelling. States connected to the James R. line are NY/PA/MN/WI. Hoping for a connection.
