My Grandma was Priscilla Dickinson. Her maiden name was Winter however. She was born circa 1863 in Colorado and lived from about age 12 til end of life (1962) approx here in Washington STATE. Her second marriage was to a George Irwin or Erwin possibly... I do not believe this to be the same party but thought I would reply in case.

I am looking for her lost sister, Katherine Telitha Winter also born in Colorado around 1865. She was taken in by a family by the name of ROMIG there. He was well to do but no children of his own. Best of luck to you.
