I have Hannah too...her daughter Mary Gillette, who was taken to Canada with her, married John Ives and they lived in Wallingford, Ct...one of my dad's lines... I have travelled up to Hatfield where they were taken captive. There is alot of info on line abuot Jennings and her rescue. I am researching King Phillip's War...Samuel Gillette who m Hannah Dickinson died there...I think NAthaniel Dickinsn, Hannah's dad did too? Would love to learn more. Turners Falls site is now under water...it's a reservior and no one seemd to know much about it. Anyone know how these folks are related to Deerfield Dickinsons?...or maybe Dickinson college?
