I am trying to determine who the parents of Isaac Dickinson was, below you will find the information I have on his immediate family. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1 Isaac Dickison b. abt 1811 d. Bet 1871 & 81 m. c 1843 Mrs. Isaac "Janet" (Jossy) Dickison b. Abt. 1825 d. abt 1850/1
The following refers to the Census for Northumberland Co., NB, Canada
1851 the name is spelled Dickinsen and his wife is Janet he is 40 she is 26.
1861 the name is spelled Dixon and his wife is Jossy he is 44 and she is 37
1871 the name is spelled dickison and is wife is Janet he is 58 and she is 46
John Garner has him born in 1817 and dieing at age 64.

In the 1881 census the name was spelled Dickeson.
2 Daniel Richards Dickison b. 2 Nov 1846* m. 9 Oct 1867 Lucinda Louise Ann Fowler b. 9 Jan 1847 d. 1928
John Garner has his dob as Nov. 2, 1846.
2 James Dickison b. abt 1849
2 Joseph H. Dickison b. 27 Jan 1852 m. Elizabeth Stewart b. 11 Jun 1854
He was 6 months old when the 1851 census was taken. In the 1871 census it
says Joseph H. 20 Labourer, PEI, Irish, Ch. of Scot. - I take it he was in
PEI at the time. Looks like he was in PEI again in 1881. John Garner has his
dob as Jan 27, 1852 but this couldn't be because he was in the 1851 census.

m. Helen Johnston
His dob is also shown as 1856.

2 Margaret E. (Maggie) Dickison b. 18 Nov 1857 d. 2 Feb 1921 m. 16 Jun 1883 John Beattie (Old Da) Stymiest b. 1 Aug 1861 d. Feb. 1955
They were married in Newcastle in the presence of David and Ellen Stewart on June 16, 1883. According to her head stone her dob was Nov. 18, 1857. I have seen the name spelled 3 or 4 different ways in the census so I will stick
with the one above. In the 1871 census she is shown as Maguerite H.

Hi Keith:
Margaret E Dickson is the daughter of Isaac Dickson and Janet ?. (Have no idea as to the surname of Isaac's wife.) Isaac lived between Tabusintac and Neguacand was still alive in 1871.
Margaret has a brother John M who marries Margaret Stewart (b 1848)and she's tied into the Stymiest clan as well. I have four of her descendents but believe there must be more. There's a big gap in DOB.
