I'm going from memory, as my notes are at home.

Ichabod, born 1774, the person in question, was the son of George Dickinson (1738-1813), born in Stonington, CT, died in Canaan, Columbia Co., NY, and his wife Elizabeth. George was the son of Samuel Dickinson (d. 1750 Dutchess Co., NY) and Mary (Cole) Dickinson (d. 1753). Samuel was the son of Charles Dickinson, of South Kingstown, RI (d. 1740), probably by his second wife Philip Greene (b. 1658).

I'm a descendant of George's brother Christopher. I have info on Ichabod's descendants, which came from a correspondent some years ago.
