Dear Douglas

Please contact me, I two am retaled to the same Dickie line as you. William Dickie and Elizabeth Penny were also my great, great, great grandparents. There son Alexander Dickie would have been my 2 great grandfather. He married
Elizabeth Ann Baigrie in 15 Nov 1851 in Cruden. They had 8 children. Elizabeth Ann Dickie b. 25 Jun 1856 in Ellon married first Alexander Thomson, they had one son Andrew Thomson. After Alexander's death, she married William Burr in 21 Nov 1882. St Fergus, Scotland. Elizabeth and William had 10 childred. My grandmother was one of them Edith Lillie Burr b. 16 Dec 1893, Fetteresso, Scotland. She married my grandfather in Scotland in 1919. She came to Canada as a war bride after the First World War. She died 30 Jun 1973, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

I am hoping you may have information on the Burr, Watt, or Moir family.

Thank you,
Carol Bucknell
