The Dickey's in my line also arrived in Londonderry from Northern Ireland. They were originally from near Strathclyde, Scotland, but moved to County Tyrone, Ulster, Northen Ireland. Adam Dickey emigrated from the port of Londonderry in 1718 and settled in Londonderry, New Hampshire. His grandsons through his son, David, named Adam, Robert and David, then settled in and around Truro, Nova Scotia. I am descended through David.
