I have a James B. Dickey, born September 18, 1811 in Franklin County, PA., who married Mary Ann Morris of Lexington, Ohio, born August 7, 1819. They had six children, May Bell, Elizabeth, Thomas Wilson, Ann Eliza, Josephine LaForest, and William, all born in Cincinnati. My source is our family bible of Josephine's daughter (my grandmother) and confirmed by the 1850 Ward 7 census. Hope this helps.
