Devena Cook,
I have a lot of information on Andrew Jackson Dickey, known as "Jack" in Greene County, Indiana. Jack was a well known blacksmith and had the first steam powered grist mill in Doans, Indiana. Doans was previously known as Snake Hollow.I have stories about Jack and a picture of his grist mill and blacksmith shop, including the family dog.I will be glad to trade information on the Dickey family with you.
Please contact me by email.
Jim
