I am new to the genealogy business, but I saw your posting today.
William H Dickey was my uncle that died before I was born in 1931. Allie Wilson Dickey was my grandmother and W T S
(William Tecumseh Sherman) Dickey was my grandfather. Mary Dickey Scott was my aunt. My father Eugene C is also buried in the Decatur cemetary.
My grandparents were married and lived in Piedmont, AL for a while.
My grandparents had a son, Rufus LaFayette Dickey, who died at age 8 in 1918 and is buried in Piedmont.
At this point, I know nothing about my grandmother's (Wilson) family.
